Medium-bodied with fragrant boysenberry perfume, red fruit flavours and a juicy texture. This is a fresh Rhone-style blend of Cinsaut, Syrah and Grenache. Vinification involves carbonic maceration of whole bunches prior to alcoholic fermentation, then basket pressed, followed by maturation in 3rd- and 4th-fill French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.

This is a grippy, textured white wine with vinification involving the grapes remaining in contact with the fermenting juice for the duration of fermentation, and then maturation in French oak barrels for 14 months.
